I got an appointment in a very timely manner. I like the on-line check-in process. Even at the clinic was friendly and professional. Dr Erica told more than enough time to review my health history, concerns, and how to move forward.

Erica is the best doctor I've ever had - I'd recommend her to anyone! I'd love to be able to make an appointment on MyChart instead of by phone, but when I try to do that it always says there are not appointments available for this location.

Erica's is a great listener. She explains things in a way that I can understand

Not for this session but for later appointments in Lacrosse I have found the Message section a bit frustrating. An appointment that should have been canceled wasn't up dated on the system and written communications back and forth still left me in doubt. I know people are busy, but this would have been much easier with a phone call.

I see Erica for 7 years now as my provider. She is the best! I was concerned that I was not seeing a doctor when i first visited there but she is as knowledgeable as any full fledged doctor I have ever experienced. The whole staff in this clinic is courteous and professional and treats their patients as family. We are very fortunate to have this rural clinic in the community.

Everyone does an excellent job. Erica does a great job when I have questions and setting me up right away for X-rays right at Gundersen at Lansing Clinic. She did a good job with the injections in my fingers. She gives a lot of TLC when she is putting the needle injections in my fingers. Thank you.

The Lansing Clinic is a community treasure, the staff is largely local citizens that really care about the health of the patients. The facility is well maintained and staff are motivated to provide the best healthcare possible to their patients. It provides excellent healthcare to patients from western Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota, and northeast Iowa.

This clinic is a great overall experience.

The wait time was atrocious. I arrived at my appointment at 10.30 and never got, or I should say at 2.30 and never got to see the doctor until a quarter after three. 45 minutes is much too long to wait to see someone. There wasn't hardly anybody there either.
