Even with the bridge out I still would go the the Lansing clinic they are the most professional and caring I've seen and they listen to you and with your concerns

The team works well together. Erica is very thorough with each visit. If you want to get in and get out to be honest, you're not going to. Before you leave, you are going to walk out knowing what's going on with your health, how to treat whatever you have, all your questions will be answered, and that you will feel that you were recognized as a person, treated with respect, and know that you will be checked on to ensure that you were following the proper process that was suggested. Honestly, she is one of the best.

I got an appointment in a very timely manner. I like the on-line check-in process. Even at the clinic was friendly and professional. Dr Erica told more than enough time to review my health history, concerns, and how to move forward.

Erica is the best doctor I've ever had - I'd recommend her to anyone! I'd love to be able to make an appointment on MyChart instead of by phone, but when I try to do that it always says there are not appointments available for this location.

Not for this session but for later appointments in Lacrosse I have found the Message section a bit frustrating. An appointment that should have been canceled wasn't up dated on the system and written communications back and forth still left me in doubt. I know people are busy, but this would have been much easier with a phone call.

I was concerned that I was not seeing a doctor when i first visited there but she is as knowledgeable as any full fledged doctor I have ever experienced. The whole staff in this clinic is courteous and professional and treats their patients as family. We are very fortunate to have this rural clinic in the community.
