I need someone to show me how to use options.

I had an issue with one of my cochlear devices and by the time I was able to get an appointment with someone the issue with the device apparently resolved by itself. I kept the appointment anyway to see if the doctor could see what was going on with the device. She made some changes to try and resolve the issue.

Dr Emiy Farmer is. OUTSTANDING,, I'm very HOH and she communicated perfectly so I could understand. everyone was super pleasant ,, rooms were very clean,,, I have recommended to my family and Friends,,,, my BIL. has been treated by Neuro for Glio,,,, Craney. chemo. et al,, my sister was a die hard Mayo fan,,, she's gone to Love Gundersen,,, Great People. Good service/care, Great ethics,,, THE BEST I'm a retired CRNA 48 years of Anesthesia,,, DON't loose what you got,,, Keep it up

Emily Farmer is awesome! She did a wonderful job explaining things and giving me enough time to ask questions.

I have been seeing Emily Farmer for quite awhile now & love her professionalism. She always takes the time to answer any questions and also gives good advice. Her intern was very pleasant as well. I know with Emily I will away get top notch care.

Dr Farmer was an absolute gem, her and the trainee were very professional and courteous. They truly cared about answering all of my questions with the utmost information and took the time to explain in detail what was going to happen in the testing process. A tribute to her proffesion and to Gundersen.

I had a hearing exam with Emily Farmer ten years ago, and I was happy to see her again this time.

Answering the check in questions for every appointment is starting to get very old

I had an excellent experience with this audiologist and cannot say enough positive things about my visit. From the very beginning, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress free. She took the time to explain each step of the testing process in a clear and easy to understand way, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Throughout the appointment, it was clear that she really knows her field and cares about her patients understanding what is happening and why. She explained what each test measured, what the results meant, and how everything fit together. At the end of the visit, she went over my results thoroughly and patiently, making sure I fully understood them and how they applied to me personally. What stood out the most was how attentive and supportive she was. She made sure I felt informed and confident about my results before leaving and took extra time to answer questions and clarify anything that was unclear. I truly felt listened to and respected as a patient. I would rank her extremely high and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist who is both highly skilled and compassionate. This was one of the best medical appointments I have had, and I am very grateful for the care and attention she provided.

I messaged Dr. Farmer after appointment as a few things weren't addressed that typically with Mayo were addressed However, maybe I did not voice how i thought things were supposed to happen. Overall gundersen is closer to me.
