I had an excellent experience with this audiologist and cannot say enough positive things about my visit. From the very beginning, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress free. She took the time to explain each step of the testing process in a clear and easy to understand way, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Throughout the appointment, it was clear that she really knows her field and cares about her patients understanding what is happening and why. She explained what each test measured, what the results meant, and how everything fit together. At the end of the visit, she went over my results thoroughly and patiently, making sure I fully understood them and how they applied to me personally. What stood out the most was how attentive and supportive she was. She made sure I felt informed and confident about my results before leaving and took extra time to answer questions and clarify anything that was unclear. I truly felt listened to and respected as a patient. I would rank her extremely high and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist who is both highly skilled and compassionate. This was one of the best medical appointments I have had, and I am very grateful for the care and attention she provided.

I messaged Dr. Farmer after appointment as a few things weren't addressed that typically with Mayo were addressed However, maybe I did not voice how i thought things were supposed to happen. Overall gundersen is closer to me.

My chart can be a little difficult to navigate. It doesn't always list the time and location of appointments. And, it's hard to find some of the messages, notes, and responses. Otherwise, pleased with staff and service.

Had difficulty completing a form on line and when I called for help to the Mychart line she did not help but said I could get a paper copy to fill out.

Dr. Farmer explained everything well and in detail. She answered all of my questions and it was obvious she knew what she was talking about. I would recommend her to all my friends.
