The nurse felt really rushed when she checked us in. The provider was fantastic. I felt really comfortable with her. And then the front desk barely looked up from her cell phone when we were checking out. But the rest of the staff there was great besides those two. I felt really comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend that provider again.

For whatever reason my insurance wasn't working when I checked in. I am 100% covered through my employer and would have appreciated if, while I was in my appt, the receptionist had made a call to medica to see what the deal was. In the end I made a call after the fact to my insurance and then to emplify to reiterate that the provider #s were correct.

Emily is an excellent PA! She's very understanding, really listens to you & wants to really get to the root of your problem!

Emily was very helpful at looking at the sores in my mouth and, at the referral of my dentist, got me quickly in to see an ENT person.

This was our first time meeting Emily, she was so kind and caring. She truly listened to our concerns, while she didn't have all the answers, she was honest about that and ensured us by sending referrals to the resources we need to help our child.

I can NOT get My Chart to work . My Experience with Emily was EXCELLENT!! I would like to SEE her on a regular basis as when I need anything in the future. Very Blessed to have her!! THANK YOU very much.

Doctors on my chart need to put in an explanation of what a patient test results mean. Or have their nurse set up a follow up appt to explain the next course of action!

Every person at the La Crescent clinic is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From the person at the check-in desk, to the MA, to the PAs, to the lab techs, I felt like I was in good hands. This is how a medical visit should be.
