Emily was amazing. The check-in lady at the desk was very enthusiastic and kind. And we just love Emily. Thank you.

The scheduler is always very welcoming and kind to me and my children. The nurses were kind and helpful. 2 nurses were there for the appt because 2 of my children were being seen. I am very appreciative that both were able to be seen at the same time. This saves me an additional trip for a separate appt. An additional nurse came in after my children got their shots because she heard my son crying from outside of the room. She saw that I was consoling my daughter after her shots, so she consoled my son and gave him a hug. It was nice to see her concern for my son as well. Emily is a good provider. Always listens to my concerns and is nice to my children. She saw that my son was scared of getting looked at and met him where he was at. He wanted to sit in the chair and play with the toy on the wall, so she examined him there. She talked to him while doing this which I think helped his anxiety a lot.

This was our 2nd visit to gundersen for my sons ear blockage& hearing. We had to get a referral to ent & audiology, which we can't get into until Feb. He hasn't been able to hear for 6 weeks and this is the best you can do?? Pediatrics was great but disappointed in the rest

I do not think having to be 30 minutes arrival time prior to the actual appointment time is at all necessary. To sit and wait 30 minutes past what time it states to be there by because the actual appointment time is 930am instead of 9am is not right. People take off work or take kids out of school for appointments and 15 minutes prior is plenty enough.

The receptionists were really nice and helpful and friendly at check-in, and Emily Sackman was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. So we really liked seeing, I mean, really any provider there, but Emily Sackman was phenomenal.

Emily is awesome! The system of emplify is deteriorating. The communication is getting worse. The rudeness is increased and ignoring of medical issues that need different treatment is being neglected.

Check in process was slow because only one person at the front desk working. Unsure what the other person behind the desk was doing. MA who roomed us was very loud. Also not discreet in waiting room when asking us to complete additional paperwork.

We are so blessed to have Emily Fackman as our provider. She listens, she cares, she's just an outstanding human being. Both of my girls see her and we could not be more pleased with her and her service. Gunderson is very lucky to have her. Thank you.
