I am very happy with the Gunderson Clinic doctors that I have encountered. I'm impressed with their caring attitudes. You can really tell that they are listening to you. They explain everything very well also.

Even though I saw a surgeon, she didn't necessarily recommend surgery for my problem, she is doing some other investigation. Thankful for Dr Schurtz!

Dr was not gentle in the moment of my arm. She did not know that the upper arm was broken in May. The surgery itself went well.

My appointment experience was excellent. I do, however, have complaints about Gunderson's billing partner. I receive emailed notices of payment due, but the emails and MyChart pages don't itemize/provide clear easy access to exactly what the payment is for. Also, I don't want to pay online with a credit card, and the payment mailing address should be easier to locate on the notices. The system is very inconvenient and frustrating.

The care those that cared for me at my appointment were excellent. I can't thank them enough for our conversation and assistance with my options for treatment! Thank you!!
