Care Philosophy

I believe in creating a calm, supportive space where families feel cared for and confident feeding their kids. My approach is gentle, realistic and a little fun – because helping kids grow strong, feel good and build a positive relationship with food is something we can all smile about.

Personal Statement

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and our two dogs, whether that means going for a hike or lounging on the sofa playing games. I also love gardening and crocheting, especially amigurumi.
