Dr. White did a wonderful job. The part I'm upset with is the MyChart. I never can get into it. I never can get any results from it. And I don't understand why, but I just, part of it is my memory, I suppose. I don't remember the password. I just hate the MyChart thing. I don't know why I can't just get in it with my name and be able to read what I want to read.

Dr White is an excellent provider. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, to answer questions and explain so I understand. Boscobel is lucky to have her!

Glad to have Dr. Elizabeth White as my primary.

I have alot of health issues and the dr said she would be able to handle the majority of them so I wouldn't have to travel as much and this was much appreciated.

On Monday I called, and I had two people sitting here in the kitchen with me when I called, and I asked for an appointment in Muscadet. And they told me, yeah, yeah, appointment. I showed up on Tuesday, and the appointment was in a different hospital. It was in Baskerville. So then I had to go home and call again and start over. So I wasn't real impressed with scheduling. Hopefully in the future, I will certainly make sure I clarify if I go to your facility again.

I'm having trouble getting into. MyChart I have not read. Any of my follow on my test results. Can you please email them. Until I take care of the issue!

She is very detailed and listens to your history, current plan, and goals. I've already recommended her to others and will be changing my son to her care. She's very knowledgeable!

It was OK looking forward to my next visit

Dr. White is great. She is caring, supportive, personable and I'm happy I found her last year. Even though it's more of a commute for me now that she is in Boscobel, it's worth the drive to see her. However, if the front desk staff and check in nurse were my only experience with this clinic I'd probably not be back. They did their job. But nothing was warm and welcoming. I was just another person coming through. Dr. White didn't make me feel like she was seeing me because that's just her job. I'd highly recommend her. However, the front desk staff and check in nurse need to be reminded to be a bit more friendly. And reminded that "perfect" isn't always the correct response when a client responds to the check in nurse's questions. Honestly felt like no matter how I would have answered, the response "perfect" would still have been the result.
