The front desk staff seemed distracted and didn't seem to hear my request to schedule in person even though no one else was in the waiting area. I ended up rescheduling myself via mychart. Dr. White is phenomenal: clear, kind, patient, consistent, creative in solutions, knowledgeable about a wide range of complex topics, and gentle while still challenging me toward better health. She has been an advocate for me in a system where I have struggled to name what I need and to be believed. I am so grateful to be under her care.

She wrote in my chart that I am obese (insurance I assume) fine whatever. But to not talk to me about it and to not come up with a plan to help. That is not care.

The staff at the Boscobel Clinic continues to restore my faith in modern medicine, and Dr. White deserves special mention. She listens with real attention, answers questions without a trace of condescension, and never gives the impression that she's mentally reaching for the doorknob while you're still speaking. The Boscobel clinic somehow manages to make an office visit feel a little less like an assembly line and a lot more like actual human care. Thank you!

I had a televisit with Dr. White- very professional, listened, asked quesitons, made suggestions, asked more queitons re allerfgies and send the script on. The receptioist I spoke with was also very professional and caring. OVerall very positive visit

My kids feel the most comfortable with Dr White compared to any other provider. So much so we drive an hour to see her. She treats our kids as individuals and speaks directly to them.

Find a professional primary care doctor

Dr. White did a wonderful job. The part I'm upset with is the MyChart. I never can get into it. I never can get any results from it. And I don't understand why, but I just, part of it is my memory, I suppose. I don't remember the password. I just hate the MyChart thing. I don't know why I can't just get in it with my name and be able to read what I want to read.

Dr White is an excellent provider. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, to answer questions and explain so I understand. Boscobel is lucky to have her!

I have alot of health issues and the dr said she would be able to handle the majority of them so I wouldn't have to travel as much and this was much appreciated.
