Everything from check-in to check-out was ideal. As always, Elizabeth was welcoming and informative. She made sure all of my questions were answered and understood. She is a great provider and I am fortunate to have her on my care team! Side note: High five to Sam from Spiritual Care. Always happy to have her present when she's available.

As a new transfer from Mayo I am very satisfied with emplify's systems. As an older patient I have some readjusting to different network, system, and environment is more difficult than when I was younger

The visit was great, but MyChart is totally lacking. My prescription is nearly up, and I cant find out how to get it refilled without calling a random number and hope they can connect me.

The appointment that I was at was with a new doctor I have to say I was nervous when I walked in, and as soon as I saw her smile, I was at ease. She did an amazing job, making me feel welcome, and she welcomed me and when I asked if she would be the new doctor for me, she was very happy and pleased to say yes. I can't wait to start this experience and have her take care of my health in a way that I know she will.
