Everything went well, they were very busy so there was a bit of a wait.

Received very good care.

Elizabeth Trautsch is very thorough. She asks the right questions even if it is not specific to why I am there for her services. She answers all my questions and gives suggestions on what to try for over the counter supplements and for my medical issues. She ordered a test and confirmed a UTI/bladder infection I had when I offhandedly mentioned I was bothered by this issue almost daily. This is not her area of expertise but she ordered the test anyway. Much relief after having this issue on and off for the past year! She also notified another doctor I have concerning issue with a statin I was taking with adverse side effects and taking care of follow through for me. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth is friendly and polite.

She is amazing checked me over from my head to my toes.. I trust her so much with my health..

Checkout process is SO slow. Employee "hid" beyond his screen, "clicking away" but doesn't engage with patient. Should let patient and family know he is reaching out to other departments.

Elizabeth was and is wonderful. She surely acts like she is invested in my care. The entire team was simply wonderful and emphatic. I felt extremely comfortable talking with her and I feel like they really listened! Well done to everyone involved in my care and thank you! The chemotherapy team was really amazing as well as the radiation team just well done!

Elizabeth is the BEST; and, I fully trust her with my healthcare!!! She's so caring...such a great listener; and, definitely knows her stuff!!! I appreciate her so very much!!! I know I'm in the best of care with her!!!

She is a great provider and I am fortunate to have her on my care team! Side note: High five to Sam from Spiritual Care. Always happy to have her present when she's available.

As a new transfer from Mayo I am very satisfied with emplify's systems. As an older patient I have some readjusting to different network, system, and environment is more difficult than when I was younger

Ms. Trautsch made me feel seen and heard during this appointment. I appreciated her ability to make all the info comprehensible. I felt as though I now have some hope with possible treatments.

The visit was great, but MyChart is totally lacking. My prescription is nearly up, and I cant find out how to get it refilled without calling a random number and hope they can connect me.

I was supposed to have blood work, but there were no orders in for me Not sure I like all the messages for appointments. Get a lot of them.
