As a new transfer from Mayo I am very satisfied with emplify's systems. As an older patient I have some readjusting to different network, system, and environment is more difficult than when I was younger

Ms. Trautsch made me feel seen and heard during this appointment. I appreciated her ability to make all the info comprehensible. I felt as though I now have some hope with possible treatments.

The visit was great, but MyChart is totally lacking. My prescription is nearly up, and I cant find out how to get it refilled without calling a random number and hope they can connect me.

I was supposed to have blood work, but there were no orders in for me Not sure I like all the messages for appointments. Get a lot of them.

Always have received excellent care and service in this department. Thank you everyone!!!

The appointment that I was at was with a new doctor I have to say I was nervous when I walked in, and as soon as I saw her smile, I was at ease. She did an amazing job, making me feel welcome, and she welcomed me and when I asked if she would be the new doctor for me, she was very happy and pleased to say yes. I can't wait to start this experience and have her take care of my health in a way that I know she will.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and seemed to know everything about my particular situation. She was empathic and explained things well
