Care Philosophy
As a family medicine physician with specialized training in lifestyle medicine, I am passionate about helping patients prevent, treat and even reverse chronic disease by addressing its true root causes. I focus on empowering you with practical tools in nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress resilience, meaningful social connections and avoidance of harmful substances.
My approach begins with lifestyle-based strategies and integrates medications or procedures only when they add clear value. Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a group program, my goal is to support you in creating sustainable habits that lead to lasting health and well-being.
Personal Statement
In my free time, I love cooking, gardening, skiing and traveling. I find joy in spending unhurried time both at home and in nature with my husband and our four children. These activities keep me grounded and inspired, and they reinforce the importance of the healthy lifestyle principles I share with my patients.

Dr Roberts is very detailed and meticulous regarding labs and past medical history. She has a great way of explaining medical facts. I have referred three people to her weight loss program, and they all think she and the staff are knowledgeable and kind.

Lifestyle Medicine has slowly helped me change my lifestyle. It is very difficult to make big changes in the way you eat, which is what I had to do to be healthier. I was borderline with bad cholesterol and quite obese. The team has really helped me by keeping me accountable. If I need to, I can call someone on my team and I would be able to get encouragement and directions or an appointment. Great program!! I am very thankful for it.
