There is no better section overall than the entire Hem/Onc realm, from the person at the front desk to the infusion staff to the MA's, nurses, PA's and MD's. I've never encountered better supportive care anywhere else. You have all made my cancer experience bearable and hopefull. Bravo to all of you!!!

Mychart-cant figure out how to enter recent travels. It won't accept it. Eileen is great, and is very good at communicating with me and listens closely to detect things that might not be obvious at first. Highly recommend her!

I had asked the Doctor to look at some spots she said most looked harm less, but a couple I should ask my provider about, but I thought she was a cancer doctor???? Why should I have to ask my provider???? Very Confused!!!!

Eileen once again took the time to answer all my questions and explain things so I could understand what was going on and what to expect. One complaint: the waiting room was absolutely full when we arrived, and there were several people standing for lack of adequate seating. I've seen this before in this department and it needs to be fixed.

Check in was at11;15 but didn't see the nurse practitioner until 11:50. She apologized for the wait. She was very professional and personable. Would be nice if you had a waiting area for patients who are at high risk separately from patients being treated for cancer. Sitting there can raise anxiety and blood pressure levels.

I am always happy to see Eileen because she is easy to talk to and she answers any questions I have. She is always pleasant and I don't feel rushed during my appointments with her. She explains complicated things in easy to understand manner. Her MA who checked me in was very nice too!

Eileen Williams is a complete health practitioner in that she explained my cancer diagnosis and presented the medication options and the positive effects and possible side effects. My husband and I felt comfortable to ask any question we had. When I decided what I wanted for med treatment I felt that I made the best choice for me. Eileen Williams is an excellent health care provider and Emplify is blessed to have her in their organization.

My doctors are excellent the nurses the AIDS the check and they're all wonderful the technology I'm just learning I'm teaching myself sometimes it's very confusing it seems to me they're always changing ways to order your medications to talk to the doctors too find what I'm looking for and for a person that's just learning and trying to teach herself it's tough so maybe it's not you maybe it's just me who knows I'm just trying to teach myself anyway thank you

I've always been very pleased with all of my experience at Gundersen. I just finished my radiation treatments and the girls in the radiology department couldn't have been nicer, setting me at ease. And as far as Eileen, I've always enjoyed meeting with her. She's very clear in how she states things, tells you what's up front, and I know I can trust her, and I have complete confidence in her, and I've always enjoyed my meetings with her. Thank you.

there should be more chairs in the waiting room. Even at 8:00 in the morning, every chair was full, every patient comes with at least one other person to support them. The chairs are lined up along the outside of the room and all the middle space is empty and wasted.

I consider I lean to be a very caring and personable practitioner. Considering the intimacy of the appointment, I trust her with all of my care. She is truthful and honest in her diagnosis, but also in her care me.

Medication list for my chart. When it comes to supplements, if the medication isn't listed in the drop down menu, it doesn't seem possible for a provider to list what is actually taken. I have removed a supplement from my medication list (algae cal) because it does not seem possible to accurately list it.

I appreciate the kind gesture of providing follow-up paperwork needed to submit to my insurance. Eileen Willians also took the time to escort me over to talk with your finance department to find an answer to a financial question which included a bill from an outside company that I was not informed about in previous meetings.
