Have always had excellent service from Dr. Cancel and his staff. That is why I keep coming back, if I didn't I would choose another facility.

Staff was supportive, courteous, professional and assured that theyexplained things I had questions about.

I had a great experience with him. He took time looking at my eyes and was as happy with the results as I was. My only wish would have been to have pictures of before and after. The photographer was taking lunch so I left without it taken Dr. said it was OK because there weren't any issues so it wasn't really necessary. However I didn't explain I really wanted it done though. I LOVE the results.

We had an answer for a nurse who was outstanding and everybody treated us really well and we were very satisfied and the instructions were great and his eye is doing really well.

For us old Folks, the Digial portion of service is very confusing at times..!!

The doctor took into account that I had a long drive and I didn't need to come back and see him to check if the infection was cleared up. (75 miles one way)

My experience was very positive in general. The only issue I have is that somewhere early on, I was told that I needed somebody to drive me to my appointment, but this was just a consult. And so to ask a friend to take 04 hours plus out of their day when it wasn't necessary was disappointing to say the least.

I had some difficulty understanding Dr. Cancel's explanation about my eye lids surgery. This was due to his speech accent, and talking fast. He wrote abbreviated words, on a face chart, describing things about the surgery, while he was talking, but I can't read some of the abbreviations, or remember, what he said. Otherwise, my appointment experience was good.

Receptionist was great, appointment was a little late but not bad. Treatment by all was very good.

My appointment was set up through the Tomah VA. It is sure nice that veterans have a second opportunity for health care.

Not happy with the billing dept. On a previous billing. Threatened with a debt collection notice while we were overcharged and Emplify tried to hide it. I want an explanation asap on this. I want a phone call not email. The reputation of this dept. Is terrible, a friend switched to Mayo because of this. I want answers!!

The whole team for my eye surgery were exceptionally caring and considerate. There was one male nurse who talked to me about my spirituality and put me at ease. They were all so professional and nice and made the experience feel calm...a great team!

The tech who did eye testing was great. Provider was somewhat rude. Tech that set surgery date was ok.

He explained procedures well

I was concerned about what was going on with my eye and the examination and care plan helped me feel less stressed.

Dr Cancel is a friendly and skilled provider. I trust him completely. His assistant, Jill, is also friendly and knowledgeable. She is a plus for the eye team. My experiences are always great in this department. Bravo and well done.

The surgery that I had turned out good except for the one part where they had a cut of V in my eyelid and it still bothers me even though they've looked at it two or three times and I'm not very pleased with that. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Cancel explained the procedure very clearly using a diagram of the eye. I have complete confidence in him and his ability to perform the operation on my eye.

Very good experience. Had a problem with virtual but probably was me getting use to using it.

Not the most easy person to communicate with. Showed very little emotion or what I would call real interest in my son. Certainly willing to try what was recommended (heated rice pack three times a day) to hopefully reduce cyst over eye, but if it doesn't work and continues to increase in size, I will continue to be concerned.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Cancel. He has always been very kind and caring. I feel very fortunate to have had his help.

When you tell the building for appointments it would help to write the floor you should go to ck in hence waiting to ck in and you are on the wrong floor .
