I'm not computer savvy so it is a challenge for me to deal with online forms and my chart. It takes me awhile, but I eventually figure things out. Also, there is difficulty communicating between Hillsboro and LaCrosse. Especially when you need tests, or to see a provider in La Crosse.

I thought the doctor was rude all he wanted to talk about was my weight so the shot I was suppose to get he wouldn't even do even though I was told to get one by a dr in LaCrosse and it would have helped and I do know people get more then I've had won't go back to him ! RUDE Dr.

My experience with Edward was awesome. He explained things to me perfectly, helped me get set up for my surgery. So I would give him a 10 again. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the fact that the help I need, can't happen because my bmi is over 50. It took me 3 years to lose the 100 lbs I've already lost. I don't know if my shoulder can last another 3 years. I've done the physical therapy and more of that won't help. I have an appointment with my primary physician next month, but I'm pretty sure not much else can be done. I came for help, all I got was a cortisone shot and told I could have those occasionally. I was too upset to ask what occasionally meant. These hospital policies hurt people more than they help. You know what's ironic, if I were to want weight loss surgery that my bmi wouldn't be a problem. That's not an option for me anyways. I'm just disappointed with the fact I need help and none was really given.

Everything was great. Dr Riley answered all my questions and listened carefully when I explained my concerns.

I question Dr. Riley's competence. I was in there for a left arm tennis elbow. I was really hoping to get a cortisone shot. He came in with his mind made up that he was not giving me a shot because back in 2023, he gave me a shot even though he said he wouldn't recommend it and he was there to say I told you so, that I need surgery. Unfortunately, he was looking at the wrong information and it was my right arm that I saw him about and got a shot in 2023. I was there to about my left arm and when I brought it back up that it was the wrong arm he was talking about, I still wasn't able to get a cortisone shot. He just wants to give me surgery with no, no therapy, no nothing, just surgery. I will not recommend him.
