I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

Provider was 25 minutes late for a 09:00 appt that took about 3 minutes.

Very informative and timely

The assistants and doctor were very helpful. Dr. Dylan explained implant surgery and options very well. Much better than my Dentist. He explained my concerns with cost and the process for getting an estimate thoroughly. I really like this Doctor.

Even though he was already running late because of a complicated surgery he spent a great deal of time listening to my husband and I, and explaining my situation thoroughly. He also brought in a colleague/attending specialist as well. I felt very comfortable at the end of my appointment and my upcoming surgery with understanding the process.

I left feeling very confident, with the future appointments with this provider.

The Dr. Demedeiros was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job explaining everything. I will highly recommend him to others who may be seeking care in oral surgery.

Getting an appointment was tough. My kid wanted this done last summer, but we never got called after the referral was sent. By the time I called to check, there were no appointments available for the summer. This year I was able to get an appointment when we wanted, but I called several times to check to see if the June appointment calendar was open. The actual appointment and providers were great.

I cannot say enough good things about this department. I'm going through one of the roughest times of my life, and having such a competent and compassionate team guiding me has brought more comfort than I could have imagined. I trust them all completely and feel incredibly lucky to have this team on my side.

Very skillful they are also very nice people

Dr. Demedeiros is awesome!, came into the room smiling and shook our hand. Just very refreshing with a positive attitude. Would recommend him to anyone that needs an implant.

I want to emphasize the courtesy of the specialist and his 2 assistants. Everyone's professionalism was greatly appreciated because it is a very personal and scary experience. A suggestion to help older people is to have care instructions written. The mind is not fully comprehending at this time. ?

The experience was great. One thing I suggest adding to the list after Wisdom Teeth comes do's and don'ts is to not blow your nose as we had an issue with this, with my, with this. So that was not told to us and that was not on the list, but that would be very helpful.

Thanks to the whole team from the appointment desk to the care received. The appointment desk was the best. She went way out of her way to get me in ASAP.

Dr Dylan was very nice and understanding, And he got the work done very quickly and carefully.

The experience was great. My son said he felt "braver" having the Child Life Specialist with him. The only feedback is I felt nervous that when we arrived there wasn't information that he didn't respond to local anesthesia. Partly from the referral, but I shared during scheduling to make sure it was relayed. Overall, everyone was great to work with!

pretty good. bit of a wait time

Well..... We waited for 20 minutes to check in. The receptionist was held up by an elderly man trying to pay a bill or something - and she needed to politely ask him to step aside while she took the 8 seconds to check us and the 3 others waiting in. The 20 min wait set the Dr. behind and rushed us. She was in a tough spot - but needed to make a decision for the whole. Two other receptionists sat there and did not help - they were NOT for oral surgery, but certainly could or should have recognized the situation.
