I always feel welcome at my appointments with Dr Undeland. He is so patient even though I know he has a busy schedule, hw is very patient while with me. Always makes sure I understand any treatment and lets me know I have a choice in matters he recommends. I'm very satisfied with my experience at LaCrescent Gundersen clinic. We are lucky to have it so close and small enough to treat us as individuals.

I would like to just say Dr. Undeland is the best. I wouldn't want anyone else besides Dr. Undeland. He is so, he's just incredible as a doctor. I've worked with doctors most of my life and I've seen plenty of doctors and Dr. Undeland has the most beautiful bedside manner. He treats people with such respect and he always has a smile on his face. I just love him. He's very thorough. He covers every bit of the groundwork and he just lets me know what options there are for me and I'm just so grateful for Dr. Undeland. Please give him a big hug for me. Bye-bye.

blood pressure slightly elevated and he increased it significantly. cholesterol is slightly elevated and put me on a statin with no coq10 recommendation, did not give education. not able to hear and understand.

My Chart is not terribly user friendly.

Excellent provider..excellent support staff

I am not computer savvy so really do not appreciate the "convenience " of My Chart.

I was unable to checkout as 3 of the 4 receptionists were assisting one who was having trouble with something. None of them acknowledged that I was even there so I left without making a followup appointment.

My provider and his staff is absolutely the best.

Dr Undeland and staff did an outstanding job looking it my health concerns and ran the tests needed.

I was completely blown away by Dr. Undeland. He walked in and greeted me kindly. Then he said he had spent considerable time studying my chart. He said, "you've gone through quite a lot in the past couple of years including the Whipple Surgery." He knew about all of my medical history and genuinely committed to helping me live my best life. I felt very valued as a person, not just "next patient".

Dr. Underland is fantastic, he really cares. Like me I am not a compliant patient. I don't take my meds as I should, he understands,explained why need them, and that he cares about all his patients whole heartedly. I would see any one else. You can talk to him,open up to him.

Been to several of the Gundersen clinics, and this by far was the best experience, from reception, to nurse to doctor. Everyone was actually a real person, which I find is often lost at the other clinics.

Emplify Gunderson Clinic in La Crescent, MN needs a larger facility and more doctors. I can never get an appointment within at least 2-3 weeks

MyCare is not user friendly. It's hard to navigate. There are too many options and there's no prompt to get back to where you started.

Yes, I found the doctor to be extremely cordial, helpful, and interested in me, and I even transferred my other internal medicine doctor from Marshfield to Gundersen because I felt so good about the hospital Gundersen that I had experience with this past year. And doctor, I found him very, very good. And I'm looking forward to keeping this experience with Gundersen. Thank you.

Everything went well from start to finish

There may be a few flaws in the login experience given the change to 'Emplify".

The telemedicine became an in person which required 2 separate trips to the clinic. Suggest they be scheduled on the same time so only one travel trip to the clinic.

Very blessed to have good care and that my provider keeps an eye on my health.

The digital is tough learning when you are a senior citizen sometimes but we keep Plugging through
