Been to several of the Gundersen clinics, and this by far was the best experience, from reception, to nurse to doctor. Everyone was actually a real person, which I find is often lost at the other clinics.

Emplify Gunderson Clinic in La Crescent, MN needs a larger facility and more doctors. I can never get an appointment within at least 2-3 weeks

MyCare is not user friendly. It's hard to navigate. There are too many options and there's no prompt to get back to where you started.

Yes, I found the doctor to be extremely cordial, helpful, and interested in me, and I even transferred my other internal medicine doctor from Marshfield to Gundersen because I felt so good about the hospital Gundersen that I had experience with this past year. And doctor, I found him very, very good. And I'm looking forward to keeping this experience with Gundersen. Thank you.

I appreciated staff made room for a follow up appt with Dr Undeland. I had been to Urgent Care previously but now had questions about my progress. Dr Undeland answered my concerns and was understanding and patient with my questions. After appointment, I felt relieved of any concerns.

Everything went well from start to finish

There may be a few flaws in the login experience given the change to 'Emplify".

The telemedicine became an in person which required 2 separate trips to the clinic. Suggest they be scheduled on the same time so only one travel trip to the clinic.

Very blessed to have good care and that my provider keeps an eye on my health.

The digital is tough learning when you are a senior citizen sometimes but we keep Plugging through

I"m not sure what you mean by "this method of connecting". If you mean face to face, I consider it the only really good way to practice medicine. If your talking about connecting electronically, through My Chart, I find it more frustrating, time consuming, and complicated than it used to be. Many patients have been educated solely by paper and pencil and chalkboard. Dr Undeland is Outstanding !!!

I definitely leave my appointment feeling that doctor Undeland has listened and cares and done the best he can to correct any health issues I may have. I also feel like I am not being rushed through my appointment which can lead to not covering issues you may have wanted to talk about.

I'd like to okay my insurance and status in MyChart once a year and not every event. It doesn't change for the calendar year unless I can elect with a major life change. And why are you urging me to check in and then I have to go to the desk anyway?
