They should've told me that my insurance didn't cover the visit before they did the procedure no I don't have the money in my insurance to get the procedure done

when a provider ,eaves a message to call back,the system does not leave a direct number.it would be nice to get right to the provider that called.A glitch in your phone system,

The staff was kind, waiting room clean along with the bathrooms. The nurse that I saw was kind, spoke clear & explained the process in detail. During this appointment and the last one I did not see the provider Donna Hecker. Only the assistants. When I did see the provider Dr. Donna Hecker she was wonderful. They were all wonderful. I would strongly suggest adding the tech or nurses to the list of people instead of general. They are the legs & feet that the hospital stands on. Without them there would be no hospital.
