Dr. Hoffman was so kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me and formulate a plan of care that we both felt good about. The only negative/annoyance is how often I feel like I am checking in for appointments and confirming medications. You have to answer the same questions and go through meds via my chart for every provider or interaction regardless if appointments are the same day, same week, same month. There is a lot of redundancy since Project Fusion.

Dr Hoffman listened to me, asked specific questions and explained what is probably happening in my body. She made me feel comfortable enough to ask many questions and took time to answer every concern. She gave me options and explained pros/cons of possible treatments. Excellent appointment.

I can't get into MyChart. It says I already have one. It was with Gundersen. I can't get into that one because I can't use my password. I now have an instruction sheet with a phone # to call. I haven't done that yet, but I will.
