I would hope retail, hospitality venues would treat thier customers as good. There are quite a few who have done so. Some have that way from the start. Keep up the great work.

The nurses and doctors were excellent. I was nervous for this procedure but they did everything right to reassure me and the procedure went smoothly and was minimally uncomfortable.

Everyone at the pain clinic was friendly and greeted us smiling. The individual checking us in thanked me for completing the online check-in. Our nurse was very kind and genuinely cared about why we were there. Dr. Kleppel was terrific. He made sure we understood the position we were in. When we asked questions, he answered them in a very confident manner that we could understand. After we understood the reason for our visit, he went on to explain the options available to us in a manner that we could understand. In the end, we felt that not only did we understand our problem, but we also understood the options available, and we were confident in our medical decision.

Dr. Kleppel was so personable and patient. We never felt rushed and when we left we felt like we had a solid plan in place going forward.

The pain doctor that I saw for my back issue was the most well educated and understanding doctor I have ever encountered. He offered many hopeful suggestions and was very encouraging to me. I left there feeling so happy knowing something could be done for me...trying many different steps. Mind you he is not the first doctor I have been to for my back issue. I look forward to starting some treatments with him. He has some wonderful "bedside manner!".
