Excellent service. My appointment was expedited due to a cancellation.

Dr. Wenrich always listens and helps me understand my treatment plans when we meet. I do wish he had given input based on my visit with a family practice PA. He had advice that could have prevented the need for this visit altogether.

I never feel rushed. All my concerns are addressed and all my questions answered.

The registration agreement and service terms make me very uncomfortable and distrustful because it is expanded far beyond my insurance." MEDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME...regulatory agencies...or other persons or entities for health care operation" seems like you can give my information to any government official who asks under the guise of regulation. It felt coercive because I needed to see my provider for treatment, but I had to agree to give away all my health information to be treated. If I am misinterpreting that information, then the form need to be more explicit. I would prefer to sign several forms as things come up rather than blanket permission.

On the digital side, for whatever reason, it never works for me to use the app to check in when I arrive. It always has a problem. On the staff side, the team could not have been better at listening to me, getting me in to see the Dr. on an important issue, and the Dr. taking the necessary time to listen and help in a compassionate way.
