On the digital side, for whatever reason, it never works for me to use the app to check in when I arrive. It always has a problem. On the staff side, the team could not have been better at listening to me, getting me in to see the Dr. on an important issue, and the Dr. taking the necessary time to listen and help in a compassionate way. Great team!

Appreciated the time and knowledge Dr. Wenrich was able to share with me about my condition. He was thoughtful and asked several times if I had further questions or wanted more information. He seemed to want to be sure I had all the information I needed and didn't seem rushed to provide it.

I completed all the questions required for this first visit to establish Medicare. When I got to the appt the nurse said they hadn't transferred over and I had to answer them all again (hand rails on stairs, safety issues, etc.

DR. Wenrich is a very caring individual always taking the time to ensure all my questions and concerns are fully answered.

The staff and provider(Dr. Wenrich) was the sweetest! He truly listens, cares and helps to get to the bottom of your concerns. Ive returned care to him after 6 years since being a patient at Mayo and just feeling undervalued, unfortunately he was not taking patients, but out of the goodness of God and the Drs' heart, he reviewed my chart and accepted me back into his care! I've truly recommended him to a bunch of patients who were in need of quality care! Thank you Dr. Wenrichs office at Gundersen onalaska family med!

My appointment was @ 10:15 am and did not see the doctor until almost 11 am. I understand that things can happen and times are static. It was not a problem, just for informational purposes.

The whole family medicine team was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of me.

Dr Wenrich and the team of nursing staff are excellent! Both of my kids enjoy going to the doctor to see everyone which isn't always the case when you're getting shots/etc. They are fast & efficient while providing key info that the kids enjoy hearing from the team.

If i was able to get a video visit with him why couldnt i get in to actually see him. His video cut out during visit so i didnt see him. I felt like i couldnt address all i needed to discuss because i felt i needed to rush along.

I thought the staff was excellent. The check in process went great and everyone seemed upbeat and happy for a first thing in the morning visit. The nurse was great that took my weight and started my appointment and that carried right through my visit with Dr. W! I actually enjoy my visits to the doctor which is rare.

I'm not satisfied and I feel like it's a joke how little time my concern was considered. I'm still having my issue and it's extremely stressful and exhausting to get real help and real results. The main concern is to keep me making appointments and keep Me paying but not getting results. I'm supposed to trust this system?

Dr Wenrich was so kind and patient in answering all of our questions as we navigate being new parents. We are very grateful for the support! I also found it very kind that we did not have to rush out of the room after the visit was completed. This allowed me to care for my son's needs (feeding him) prior to leaving which made the ride home much more enjoyable. Thank you!
