I was treated helpfully and with considerable respect. My issue was talked about and I was given a variety of suggestions for treatment and they were all clearly explained.

I needed to make a follow up appt. The appointment girl at side desk in Winona was irritated with the elderly gentleman before me, which carried over to me. She was having a bad day I guess.

Dr. Sanderson gave me some reading material. I have an appointment in early February to address questions I will have.

The Ma was so professional and made an awkward situation less embarrassing. She was teaching a new employee, but still made me feel like I was the most important person in the room.

I like that a person can make their own decision to see a specialist and not need a Drs referral. Making a phone call to explain what my concerns were; the staff made it easy to make an appointment. The staff gave details on getting to the hospital and the correct floor. Very satisfied!

The nurse who did the pre-exam procedure was particularly kind and caring.

Except for waiting almost 3 months to get an appointment with Dr. Sanderson, my appointment went okay.

Doctor was great. When I had to preregister, information on my past history was on there and it was all dated for 2023 and I didn't understand what a lot of it was so I didn't do anything with it.

Dr. Sanderson is a very compassionate gynecologist. He listens carefully when I have questions so he can understand what I need to know and how I need to have it explained. I have a really hard time doing medical things because of childhood experiences, but he helps me feel calm enough that I can get through whatever needs to be accomplished.

Really a very good experience with everyone...Dr. Sanderson - really great!

The Winona campus has been an overall very welcoming and highly professional experience.

I had difficulty setting up my MyChart account and had to call for help.

It was just fine .

Check in, the nurse, the doctor all were very professional and I certainly was treated very well. All were very kind and informative. Will be seeing most of the people that I talked to will see them again. I have no complaints at all from everyone that I met.

I feel like my doctor's visit was very thorough, but I feel a little bit like I was a number with the doctor. I know he does this every single day, and it's just routine for him, but it's a unique situation for me, and I've been very uncomfortable because of it and such, and I just felt like I was really kind of rushed through, although he did explain things very well. Thank you.

Dr. Sanderson and the nurse are great listeners and I appreciate how approachable they both were. They explained everything well. Dr. Sanderson listened well and answered my questions.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sanderson. He explained my options, the issues in our visit were caused mainly by my difficulty in selecting an option. I have a follow-up appointment to pursue the option I (reluctantly) chose. If this doesn't work, on to another option...
