Everything at Emplify Health System is Great But I I Do Have A Complaint That No One Refuses To Deal With And That Is Patient Parking At The Main Clinic. Every Single Time My Mom Drives Me To Emplify Health It's Been Hard To Find A Handicapped Parking Spot Due To Ne Being In A Wheelchair. I Do See Staff Parking In Some Of Those Spots And Believe Me I Have Made Several Complaints To Staff But Nother Never Ever Gets Done ! All Gundersen Health System Staff Has Their Own Parking Lot And Why They Are Using Patient Parking is Beyond Me ! Something Has Got To Be Done! Imagine If One Of Your Loved Ones Came In For An Appointment And They Were Elderly or Disabled And Couldn't Find A Parking Spot Because Staff Is Parking In A Handicapped Parking Spot. Come On Gundersen Health System Now Emplify Health Used To Be Such A Great Hospital Vut In The Last Couple of Years Or So Emplify Health Formerly Gundersen Health System Has Drastically Gone Down Hill !! Time For The Administrator To Wake Up And Wake Up And Walk Around Emplify Health And See What's Going On Instead Of Sitting Up In Their Big Fancy Offices With Their Doors Shut Not Knowing What Is Really Going On !

Communicating through MyChart is still a little clunky, but it's improving.

Some on line check in seems repetitive or not pertaining to me at all

I struggle with being told to get and fill a script online. I understood the explanation but my care suffers due to the provider's choice to not prescribe my medication.

1) I have already referred friends to this doctor. 2) Modern healthcare is something I call half care. You can't get what you need in 15-20 minutes. Staff are in a rush to get to the next patient. It's not their fault, it's the system. 3) It makes me feel sad and frustrated.

Everyone was prepared and knowledgeable. Easy process.

Dr. Hupp his staff made me feel confident in my care and alleviated a lot of my stress. It was an excellent first meeting, and I look forward to working with him and his staff on my health in the future!

Dr. Hupp told me that if anything changes or comes up let him know right away. Scheduled my next wellness visit and got help and questions answered about a billing and got the bill paid. Doctor visit, prescriptions, bill paid, and out the door. Thank you.

My opinion is Dr Hupp is very thorough, seems to care about my issues and helps resolve them.

Dr. Hupp seemed very interested in my health and welfare.

Dr Hupp is very good and is personable which is extremely important to me. The receptionist the day I was in went above and beyond trying to find my insurance coverage which is United Healthcare or UHC. Gundersen or Emplify is listed so many different ways was very frustrating for her and us. But, she was amazing. Little older lady but very knowledgeable. I believe she said she worked in billing previously.

Everyone was pleasant, caring. I had written several questions to discuss with my doctor & other issues to go over. My doctor was very up to date on both my past medical history & current personal circumstances. Much appreciated!

My online experience I put a five because I don't use online the only thing about that I just wish not just going to understand but the whole world would stop thinking everybody does stuff online because it's so easy well for those of us that don't use online stuff it's not easy all right that's enough about online Dr hupp and I have come a long way I believe he's growing in to his own and just like I said in the beginning he's going to be an amazing doctor thank you Dr hawk and team

This was my first visit with Dr. Hupp and he was very friendly, very welcoming. I felt very comfortable with him and I would recommend him. I had a very good experience with him.

In the past I have always felt the Gundersen culture was one of pride. Not so much on my recent experience. I plan on looking into Mayo as my primary care provider.

Dr. Hupp is an excellent physician, very knowledgeable, very thorough, takes the time necessary to explain to the patient what findings are in the lab and what needs to be done.
