I did pre-check in on the portal. I waited in line longer than I normally have. There was only one person at check-in. Once I get up to let them know, I wasn't there. They had more questions for me and I thought what was the point in me checking in online normally it is pretty smooth. This may have been a new person. I'm not sure.

Notice there were alot of new staff. All we're very nice and helpful.. Doctor Spano is down to earth and goes over things I have brought to ask. Pleased to have him on my side
