Dr Simon listed to all my concerns, carefully explained things, and was more than willing to get me in with other departments to get me answers. She had a positive attitude and made me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Simon has been very kind and understanding, and she's explained things in a way that made sense without making it less serious than it is. She made sure I knew every option available to me and gave a time frame for when I would realistically see results based on each of those options. She warned me that I was a high risk patient and said that she would ensure another doctor, who specializes in working in the same area, was available to help make those risks as minimal as possible to ensure I would heal as best I can with minimal to no complications, and that was so reassuring to know she cared to do that and to know that was even an option.

I consulted with Dr. Simon and I was impressed with her knowledge of my case. She obviously took the time to review my chart. We worked together to come up with a surgical plan. Thank you for a great visit!

Dr Simon is the best provider I have seen in this department. She validates my feelings, symptoms, and doesn't dismiss what I have experienced physically. She answers all my questions in a way I can understand. She makes me feel like we are a team. That we are on the same page and she is advocating for my care. She is realistic yet provides words of encouragement given the circumstances. She will always be my favorite. I am so grateful for her in every way.
