I think Dr. Nelms and his nurse were great. They put me at ease for a rather embarrassing appointment. Dr. Nelms and I went through everything and gota game plan. I had a good feeling after I left.

Overall I was very pleased. I had asked the doctors who were in charge of my career during a recent hospitalization to give me a recommendation for a surgeon based upon my personality and my personal needs. Their recommendation was spot on and I couldn't be happier with Dr Nelms.

I think your system could improve greatly if you use the male system as a model to do more of a team approach across disciplines. The missing link here is that it's difficult when you're working with multiple disciplines such as me, my urologist, my gastro, my rectal surgery people, my neuro people. If they all were on the same team, they would talk to each other to help coordinate care. This would be a major improvement in your system. Thank you.
