Dr. Baumann was extremely professional on an embarrassing/discrete issue and i really appreciated his professionalism.

The girls at the desk at the La Crescent Clinic are very personable. The lady who took care of my ear did an excellent job. Prepared me for what she was going to be doing. I'm not sure why the doctor needed to come in? The advertising for Gundersen which is now for Emplify is rather juvenile. It doesn't give one confidence that is a professional medical institution.

My experiences at the Spring Grove clinic has always been a very good one! There is nothing better than the feeling one has visiting there, knowing that the staff really does have your best interests in mind.

The doctor was so great listening to my concerns. Even though I could not get into my primary it give me confidence in knowing that if there was an issue the colleagues will work together.

First of all, I learned to never ask questions of my attending physician during office visits because asking questions apparently constitutes reason for Gundersen to charge for an additional office visit for each question asked of the physician. THIS IS CRIMINAL as far as I'm concerned! Secondly, I think it's ridiculous to have to check in online before each visit if the visits are within 2 weeks of each visit. If a person doesn't have access to a computer prior to his/her visit, it's impossible to check in online.

LaCresent clinic is amazing. It is the way medicine should be practiced

We had to reschedule my daughter's 2 week visit and saw Dr. Baumann for the first time. I was extremely pleased with the care we received. He was very attentive and realistic! My husband and I liked Dr. Baumann so much we rescheduled our daughters 2 month appointment to be with him again and even set up a visit for my husband to see him!

I appreciated that the Provider got back to me, right away to share results of a test and telling me who would be contacting me to get treatment. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience when I got the appointment with Dr. Baumann, but I was not at all pleased with the difficulty it is just to get into the La Crescent Clinic. I have my primary care provider there, but can never, ever see her. I've been referred to urgent care. I've been referred to a Nona Clinic. I'm not at all pleased with, I guess I would say, the way the La Crescent Clinic operates. If we can't get in to see our primary care doctors, then why do we have them there? I'm happy to get in with other providers if mine is not available, but even that doesn't happen very timely. The timeout for appointments is quite far out and it's not very satisfactory. Thank you.

I love having a local clinic in La Crescent. It is much easier to get in for an appointment than the larger La Crosse clinic

I waited more than usual in the room and the person who roomed me came in and asked if I needed anything. I really appreciated that gesture and she got me a nice glass of water with ice! That was very personal centered and friendly.

This mychart is mine, but I also have my cousin on mine. When I sign in, it will tell me what to do which is often totally irrelevant, especially regarding medications coming up for refill which is not necessary as the time is not right, I am not allowed to refill them yet, and I know what and when to order. I feel the pharmacy info is an invasion of my capabilities and a waste of space. After all that, instead of telling me when my future appointments are, it comes up with my cousin's information. even tho my name is on the screen, I have to enter 'switch', hit MY name again, and 'appointments' on the home page. When I need to send a message to my doctor, the screen is full of not necessary gobbledegook, complicated, and not user friendly before we get to the actual message page. And going thru that rigamarole before getting to the actual info needed to do an echeck in is extremely frustrating and again, a waste of space and NOT necessary, especially EVERY time. All this used to be straight forward, easy, and simple to use. Since the merger, Gundersen itself has lowered it's standards of customer service very noticeably. It's now an impersonal and anonymous corporate-minded entity who is 'fixing' what isn't broken, and is no longer our local and dependable health provider. The professional staff is excellent, the rest is going downhill FAST. Merging with other unrelated health systems is taking away the quality we used to be able to depend on.

Everyone was courteous. Everyone was attentive. Everyone acted very kind and friendly towards me, even if I didn't know what I was doing. And it was a very good experience, right from when I walked in to when I walked out.
