Too many check in reminders/pestering

The digital check in process was not clear. I received a text asking me if I had arrived and responded that I did. However, the confirmation I received noted that I was checked in, but when I went to the desk the woman there said that I was marked as arrived but not checked in. Seems like there is so improvement that can happen with the digital check in process.

I called with a concern and they got me in to see a provider even though my personal doctor had the day off. He was personable and made me feel comfortable, listened to me, and explained things well

I have no complaints about the care or Dr. Bleidorn. Everyone was great. But on checking in with the mychart app I clicked the I'm here as soon as I got to the check in area and it said your all set and have a seat so I never went to the desk and just waited to be called. Eventually I went to the desk and asked and they didn't know I was there. I was now past my appointment time but they made it work out.

He always takes time to listen to any concerns I have, and explains and answers them for me, whether it is an in office visit or on My Chart. I feel very confident and trust his decisions concerning my care.

Dr. Bleidorn is always 10/10. But the gentleman that cleaned his ear out was less than personable. He was proficient at his task but he barely spoke and made us feel we were inconveniencing him at the end of the day.

I think the changes from Gundersen to Emplify are not going smoothly. The Emplify people told us that nothing will change. That was not a fair statement. when computer systems change, just about everything changes.

I hope I will be in heaven before he retires. He also has a great staff. I believe his kindness and excellent care flows down to the staff.

why would it make a difference

the Nurse/PA was anxious to finish his workday and was impatient with the blood pressure machine, changing his position and heaving sighs and twisting in his chair.

It was an excellent experience.

Dr Bleidorn was caring and a good listener. He explained the treatment plan and answered my questions. Thank you.

When a prescription is changed (by other than my physician) without notice to me, I find it disrespectful.

Keep up the good work delivering high quality health care to everyone.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Bleidorn. He was easy to talk, answered my questions, spent time explaining the situation and what to do next. He never seemed in a hurry. It was a good visit.

Can't imagine a better provider. Feel so blessed to have Dr. Bleidorn as my provider.

Your billing depart is horrendous. it needs a complete overhaul.

We feel so very blessed to have found Dr. Bleidorn as our primary care physican. He is patient, kind and through. He follows thru and is always there when we have questions or concerns.

The doctor was very attentive and answered all my questions. I feel much better that my memory concerns are completely normal at this time. I am just sorry that I was unable to get to see the doctor regularly as he is not taking any new patients nor are to other doctors and Pa's recommended who are geriatric specialist which I would really like to see regularly.

Solve issue answering same questionnaires over and over... especially when its three visits in a few weeks time.

I really like the doctor. He was a good listener. He made me feel relaxed and that he really cared about my health.
