It was refreshing that Dr. Bleidorn actually listened to me as I was explaining my symptoms.

I did not see a provider. It was on line. Provider ordered labs for a questionable UTI. Lab results done so I contacted the nurse via my chart. She said she would let providers know. UA looks positive to me, but no response from anyone about it. Also I have changed where I want my prescriptions sent in my chart to reflect Onalaska clinic pharmacy but my scripts are still being sent to laCrosse , how frustrating, when I go to pick up medication

Dr. Bleidorn is always patient, listens well, and conducts a very thorough examination . I find him enjoyable to deal with and very pleasant. His follow up to questions and exams is very timely!

The guy that checked me in and took my BP, etc. was cold and unfriendly!

I sure wish you would update and brighten up the interior spaces of your offices and waiting areas. Everything is dark. Depressing. Extra lighting would help.

Dr. Bliedorn always knows me and my medical history, which I much appreciate. Also, the recording of our conversation about medical and personal issues is a good medical practice for me as a patient, and I think also for the physician.

It's all good

This was my annual Medicare visit. We did it as a video visit with an interview with a nurse before the visit with the doctor. Dr. BLEIDORN amazes me. I see a whole lot of providers each year but Dr. BLEIDORN is my primary care provider. I usually see him just once a year. He's always ready for my visit. It's like I just saw him yesterday.

I love Dr. Bleidorn. He is a tremendous PCP!

My chart has been a problem.

Dr. Bleidorn and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. They had everything ready for my appointment and were very thorough in their explanation of what was going on and explaining results of my test.

This provider is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate their time.

Too many check in reminders/pestering

The digital check in process was not clear. I received a text asking me if I had arrived and responded that I did. However, the confirmation I received noted that I was checked in, but when I went to the desk the woman there said that I was marked as arrived but not checked in. Seems like there is so improvement that can happen with the digital check in process.

I called with a concern and they got me in to see a provider even though my personal doctor had the day off. He was personable and made me feel comfortable, listened to me, and explained things well

I have no complaints about the care or Dr. Bleidorn. Everyone was great. But on checking in with the mychart app I clicked the I'm here as soon as I got to the check in area and it said your all set and have a seat so I never went to the desk and just waited to be called. Eventually I went to the desk and asked and they didn't know I was there. I was now past my appointment time but they made it work out.

Dr. Bleidorn is the best. Never felt more confident and safe dealing with doctors as I do with him. I hope I die before he retires - haha. Make sure you do whatever you have to do in order to keep him in staff.

He always takes time to listen to any concerns I have, and explains and answers them for me, whether it is an in office visit or on My Chart. I feel very confident and trust his decisions concerning my care.

Dr. Bleidorn is always 10/10. But the gentleman that cleaned his ear out was less than personable. He was proficient at his task but he barely spoke and made us feel we were inconveniencing him at the end of the day.

I think the changes from Gundersen to Emplify are not going smoothly. The Emplify people told us that nothing will change. That was not a fair statement. when computer systems change, just about everything changes.
