Very thorough on explaining things

First time visit with Dr. Ludden. I was very impressed with his knowledge and felt very comfortable. Looking forward to the upcoming procedure .

My wait for this appointment was long but it told me that this doctor genuinely cares for each patient and will take the time needed to provide the best care in each case. I wish I had been better at articulating my questions. Of course, after you leave an appointment, you always think of other things you wish you had asked, but I do trust that I am receiving good care. It's difficult to use MyChart to ask additional questions because It is sometimes hard to explain fully a concern. And I was reassured that my care is being well-managed. Thank you.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there. I had a better understanding when I left. Dr. Ludden was very nice and explained my options.

Dr. Ludden explained everything to my husband and myself in such a way that we understood the whole process. We were very impressed with him. We have confidence in him.

I feel very confident in the next steps that were recommended. Dr. Ludden clearly explained what would happen in detail, while including the risks without minimizing that they are there. Very professional experience and all were willing to answer any questions.

I expected to see clinical notes show up in my chart from Dr. Ludden and there are none yet. I had an EKG and the test results are concerning to me but no explanation or follow up has been indicated yet.

Dr Ludden is phenomenal. Great doctor.
