I need to get some answers and it's hard to get back to access to the people that you need to talk to. They don't seem to, I realize they're busy, but it's hard to get back to them. Thank you.

I wish that the CT scan would be more available. There is almost a six to eight week wait to receive one which prolongs my surgery appointment.

I'd just like to say that since my current health issues started, everyone has really been trying to figure out what is going on with me and appreciate and thank everyone so far. Thank you so much.

It was really time consuming to make the appointments for my procedure. It was all done on my computer phone. Anyway, it was just, it took me like three hours and I'm pretty savvy on all of this. I didn't know where to go or what to do. It wouldn't prompt me for the correct things and I'm not even sure that I did do the correct things. So I'm kind of waiting to hear back, find out if I did it right. So that's all. Everything else was fine. Thanks. Bye.

First visit, difficult to access.

The entire experience was great. Dr Ludden was very helpful and explained all my options in great detail. The check in nurse was very nice, professional and efficient.

First time visit with Dr. Ludden. I was very impressed with his knowledge and felt very comfortable. Looking forward to the upcoming procedure .

My wait for this appointment was long but it told me that this doctor genuinely cares for each patient and will take the time needed to provide the best care in each case. I wish I had been better at articulating my questions. Of course, after you leave an appointment, you always think of other things you wish you had asked, but I do trust that I am receiving good care. It's difficult to use MyChart to ask additional questions because It is sometimes hard to explain fully a concern. And I was reassured that my care is being well-managed. Thank you.
