Seems to be what your system has for patients to put their info and concerns down on paper is this message option. I am concerned for other patients as for myself when within a facility they do not do different testing such as : Saliva testing, those that use it say it is a game changer! They say don't know what can't see, so it's important to utilize tools like a saliva test that can show us what bacteria are hanging out in your mouth. When know what bacteria, we are working with causing bad taste, inflammation, oral changes, helpful to make specific recommendations that would work best for patients to resolve oral microbiome. Each and every patient is different, and want to ensure that care team meets patients specific oral health needs. Whether patients have been struggling with tooth decay, bleeding gums, dry mouth or bad breath, this test will help see what bacteria are contributing to these problems and help providers to truly get to the root of their patients health issues. With advanced technology, testing and research teams one would think that health care given today would be much improved from years ago. It should be though it not at times, why?? Articles concerning to Dentistry, ENT, ID, Oral surgery mention battling infections, whether in the form of tooth decay, periodontal disease, or bone and root abscesses. Both medical and dental literature have documented best to take care of oral concerns. Unfortunately, traditional approaches to treating and diagnosing infections or other issues aren't always effective and also the insurance companies, healthcare ,dental care systems and government make it challenging. As broken people, systems, care teams, are we improving , growing well, learning, serving, assisting? Though some may think that an infection has "healed" because the swelling, redness, or inflammation is not present, visible, but in reality the infection may have instead shifted to a chronic state and is effecting the patients health, mind, body and God loving soul. What can be done to better treat, love, care and help your family, friends, children, babies, etc and generations to come?

Of my Gundersen clinic encounters over the decades (really all good) I would have to rate Dr. Mcnamara as providing the best, clear communication. I left with necessary detailed information, perceived by me to be provided by Dr. Mcnamara in a most caring and sincere manner.
