It went well

Getting the appointment was challenging due to you being very busy. But the staff making the efforts were very pleasant and helpful. I didn't mind waiting and was given the option to use the emergency if that would work out better.

I really appreciate my provider

Darian went above and beyond during my visit. She listened well to my concerns, was caring, compassionate, and provided care same day instead of having me come back. She explained things very well and in a way I could understand. All of the aftercare instructions were clear and also written down. She is a fabulous provider and Emplify is lucky to have her as well as all the patients who are seeing her.

I enjoyed meeting Darian Adler PA for my first visit as my primary care provider. Darian answered my questions and offered good suggestions and relevant information to my concerns. Darian is young, smart, and personable!

I had a sinus infection and was able to get an appointment same day!!

Darian listens to everything carefully and creates a safe nonjudgemental space. I feel comfortable around her and trust her with my care. Best doctor I have seen at Gundersen.

I think the provider listened, but not completely, to what I had to say. The provider notes need to be corrected, as they did not fully capture what I had to say to the provider about my health and medical history. I requested to have correction of my visit notes from the provider, where mistakes were made. And I was told this was not allowed. However, I know this can be done, and I expect for it to be adjusted correctly. Thank you

Darian is an excellent communicator and a good listener!

Darian is an excellent medical provider. She listens carefully to everything we (my family) say, and provides complete information to our questions. She also is quite willing to provide referrals to other professionals (as needed for us). I would (and have been) recommending her to others without question.

The receptionist was not friendly at all.

Pleasant. Would like to hear back sooner about results. Takes longer now for return calls on any question for results.
