I want a picture of my scan put on MyChart, with a mark to show where the kidney stone is at this time. I'm very nervous about this, and want to track it. Please put that info on MyChart. Thank you.

Darcy was amazing. She was so kind, reviewed my chart before coming in and knew exactly what was going on, listened, and was great about asking questions and coming up with a plan that would provide the most help. I really appreciated her care!

My PCP was unavailable so I saw this provider. I felt she really listened & took a good deal of time looking at my record & asking questions in an effort to help me. Listening is so important in health care, & I find it severely lacking in many cases. Listening to patients saves time, money, medical resources, repeat visits, incorrect/missed diagnosies, etc.

This visit was fine but I am disappointed with getting my thyroid medication refilled between Synthroid and levothyroxine. There is a difference between the two and I feel like I am not being heard on that issue. I have told every health care provider I have seen in the last two months and I am getting brushed off. I do have a call Monday with someone finally.

Although Nova was there for a wart removal procedure only, she was included in her little sister's appointment with all of her interests. This was my first time taking two children to an appointment and the staff handled it so professionally. I have already been raving about the care Nova received from Darcy. Thank you!

I was nervous because I really only like my PCP, but I really needed to been seen and I haven't ever seen this provider before. But she was actually great and seemed to care. She wasn't acting like I was a number and needed to push me through. She actually worked on my issue and came up with a plan to hopefully get it solved which I appreciated.

Darcy didn't listen well or provide me with any real direction on a question I had regarding another issue. She really just shared about her own experience and made me feel like nothing could be done. As far as treating the wound/infection I came about, it was just ok

When you are given an appointment time and you need to register 15 minutes prior, then the appointment time should be set to that timeframe. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30a.m. but was to be there for registration at 10:15a.m. I ran late due to road construction but knowing I would still be on time for my appointment, I did not call ahead. When I arrived at 10:30 for my appt. they had put me down as a no show and my appt had to be rescheduled. I had already taken time off from work that morning to attend this appt. not to mention having to rearrange work time off again to reschedule this cancelled appt. Very inconvenient. Registration and appt reminders were sent by text messaging to my cell phone for the first appt but did not receive any reminders for 2nd appt. The means of communication with this system needs to be rethought and revised.

Dr. Connelly did a great job with my broken foot. She was very kind and quickly got me in to get x-rays. It was nice to have a doctor that knew what it was like to break a foot.

Because my visit was not with my usual NP I left uncertain afterwards if in the future I could get a simple antibiotic for deer tick bite without having to come to the clinic. In the past I was able to get the medicine prescribed by way of a phone conference. I am uncertain if this could be done in the future as it was in the past.
