The person who took me to the exam room was a little less than professional. she seemed nervous and made me nervous. Also the NP I saw was not the greatest patient care person She go the job done but I prefer my doctor in Onalaska.

I really like this provider...no nonsense, efficient, honest and was willing to make a referral to a urologist

Ms Connelly was knowledgeable and confident, explaining the what/ how/ when; of my care and procedure. Really put me @ ease as she explained what she was doing/ what and when the mole would be defined from the removal. It's really great to be a client of the Gunderson system. Am proud of my providers- have had excellent care ALL thru my years with them. Thanks for being there for me and my family!

Did not care for the doctor. Didn't help me any. I left knowing nothing more than I came in with. I would not recommend her and I would not ever go to her again.

Visit was all good

A wasted visit. I could have saved money by calling to make an appt instead of getting a referral. I waited close to an hour to be seen.

I personally do not like digital contacts.

I want a picture of my scan put on MyChart, with a mark to show where the kidney stone is at this time. I'm very nervous about this, and want to track it. Please put that info on MyChart. Thank you.

Darcy was amazing. She was so kind, reviewed my chart before coming in and knew exactly what was going on, listened, and was great about asking questions and coming up with a plan that would provide the most help. I really appreciated her care!

A very good bunch of people working there

My PCP was unavailable so I saw this provider. I felt she really listened & took a good deal of time looking at my record & asking questions in an effort to help me. Listening is so important in health care, & I find it severely lacking in many cases. Listening to patients saves time, money, medical resources, repeat visits, incorrect/missed diagnosies, etc.

This visit was fine but I am disappointed with getting my thyroid medication refilled between Synthroid and levothyroxine. There is a difference between the two and I feel like I am not being heard on that issue. I have told every health care provider I have seen in the last two months and I am getting brushed off. I do have a call Monday with someone finally.
