She takes the time to get to the bottom of things and have a game plan before you leave. She listens and cares for her patients. There was also a student with her that day and I thought she did a great job as well.

My appointment was for renewing my prescription for my CPAP machine but Danielle listened to my concerns about my knee and recommended a topical product. She had a sample she gave me, which was nice. We also discussed my need to lose weight and get my BMI down and she gave me some suggestions for free apps to track my calories and had a list of high protein foods. Very helpful and caring!

Danielle Bakewell is the best medical provider I have ever had. She is empathetic and actually listens to her patients. She was also willing to listen to and advise me on an issue that I was not there for, but was having a major impact on my mental health at the time of my visit. Whatever her salary is - double it.

Danielle's great! Shes been my doctor for years. She understands my issues, struggles and knows my health well. I trust her with everything!

The provider and nurses are great. The process by with an appointment is scheduled awful. An appointment is impossible to recieve. The phone people are terrible. They consider themselves as the enforcers at Gundersen clinic in Decorah. Because of them I my care is very limited. Very upset with that clinic.

The nurse was rood.plus when she gave me a shot .she jabbed it in ..she needs to have more training on patient respect.

Electronic arrival did not work, was told still need to check in at desk. So why bother doing?

Coming to Gundersen Clinic in Decorah for whatever reason is always a positive experience. The entire staff is always so warm and welcoming.

Danielle Bakewell is my provider, had been for many years. As usual, she has great empathy, and a fantastic bedside manner. I always feel in in good hands with her. I always feel great when leaving my visit with her. ??

I don't like when you check in that everyone in the waiting area can hear your business i.e. name, DOB, who you are seeing and sometimes the reason. Wish it was more private and everyone wasn't staring at you when you turned around. Also, the check in people talk a little to loud too announcing your business, in my opinion. Wish it was a more private experience.

Danielle is a great Provider and she always a way to make the undesirable events (shots) at the visit to be fun and enjoyable so you forget about what is happening. She is an AWESOME provider and my daughter enjoys seeing her for her visits!!!! (as do I)

But in the mean time Gundersen made sure to take care of my medical needs until I could see Bakewell. I am very thankful for that!
