I truly appreciate the MyChart website to keep up-to-date on my medical care. It's quick to get a response if I have a question or need to verify something. I was pleasantly surprised recently when I was able to add my Avera chart records to Chart Central. Thank you so much for this service!

Got in at a great time for not having an appt. Very helpful and explained everything to me, thank you.

Danielle Bakewell and her nurse were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Also set up follow up appointments right away.

I feel very comfortable and secure with Danielle. She listened to my concerns and suggested possible changes in my care if needed. She provided follow up which made me feel comfortable. I'm referring to my problem with taking my potassium.

Danielle did an awesome job responding to all of my concerns, made sure I understood everything that was discussed, and getting a plan in place that makes sense.

My lab didn't go well.

My appointment was for renewing my prescription for my CPAP machine but Danielle listened to my concerns about my knee and recommended a topical product. She had a sample she gave me, which was nice. We also discussed my need to lose weight and get my BMI down and she gave me some suggestions for free apps to track my calories and had a list of high protein foods. Very helpful and caring!
