The check in process was very repetitive. It eemed like I got more than one phone call, more than one text, more than one email. Ot was like "enough already". Not a huge deal...the good far outweighs the slightly annoying.

I had cataract surgery last August or so, and have been extremely pleased with the results.

Dr Puls is excellent, explains everything, repeats until my 108 yr old brain understands his explanations/instructions! Love his staff! They have wonderful, caring, professional attitudes & are so attentive & helpful! Give them all raises!

A very thorough and relaxing examination

This remark is not in relation to the eye clinic appointment, but to another appointment at the Whitehall clinic on the same day. It is very important for the person creating the appointment with the patient to be very verbally specific about the ACTUAL time one must present to the clinic, NOT when the actual appointment with the provider begins. When one documents the scheduled time on their personal calendar, that should be reliable. In a recent instances, I reported at the stated and documented appointed time, and was not seen. I arrived promptly at my appointed time, was checked in, sat in the waiting room for 22 minutes, and finally inquired about my appointment, and only then was told that I would not be seen, and would have to reschedule, as I was considered to have arrived late, and was asked if I have MyChart. I do, but did not consult it , as I had the stated appointment time documented on 2 calendars. Simply having the scheduler clearly I guess so. I don't know how to turn it off.

Everything went very well, staff were all friendly and helpful. I have no complaints at all.

My first visit with Dr. Puls and I thought he was very detail oriented,he saw a concern and ordered a scan to be done before I left. He then explained what he saw and said no concern at this time but would continue to check it in further visits.

You can tell her really cares and wants what's best for his patients and their vision needs. I'm so glad he came to Whitehall and my family can get our care from him.

One thing that really stuck out to me was the facility is amazing compared to the old one. Just top-notch. I'd be a son of a gun if I found a better facility than that.

Fast exam

Great experience! One of the best, most informative eye exams I have ever had. Very through. Great staff. Cons -Your prices are very high. Almost $600 for safety glasses with bi-focals, transitions, and anti-reflective coating! Also, small selection of frames to choose from. I can see why people go on-line for their glasses.

Dr.Puls and his team was the BEST! They were all so wonderful and caring, especially for my first eye exam. They all treated me with respect and walked me through everything, and even taught me how everything worked! It was the best appointment ever! I simply cannot recommend them enough!
