Dr Puls was a gem! He got me in quickly after an accident, eased my eye pain and put my mind at ease. He was kind, gracious and professional. His team was also kind and helpful.

The question about everyone treating me as a unique individual is a rather silly one, and should not be in the questionnaire. I was treated respectfully like a person with bad vision and diabetes. The whole process was a pleasant one except for the lady in the beginning who thought I was there to get normal glasses not safety ones. The lady who helped me pick the glasses was an absolute peach, I really liked her.

It was a very pleasant experience. Everybody was friendly and very professional and the doctor was awesome. He has my 100% confidence.
