I think you have a question when signing in for your appointment, Has anything changed? It would save a lot of time. When you have lab work and then the next day doctor appointments, you have to answer all the same questions when nothing changed.

Dr Dan and husband team are excellent. Always friendly and welcoming. I actually look forward to going to the Dr.

The only disappointing thing was the waiting time to see the nurse and physician.

If I e-check in, I have to answer a TON of questions about my life. It's ridiculous how many questionnaires come up!!!

Doctor was very kind and helped me with my situation. Would highly recommend him to others!

I find the clinic visit notes often do not reflect true accuracy of the situation, almost like statements are picked from list. Or maybe the complaints reported are assumed to be a certain thing, not what I suspect , such as urinating three times in 45 minutes after getting up in the morning. Doctor recorded as frequency but I suspect incomplete bladder emptying, since I had a catheter postoperatively due to inability to void and the catheter had been removed five days prior to this visit.

The only thing done was blood pressure check. Everything else could have been done over the phone. Seemed like the Dr had other obligations.

Dr Wientzen was thorough and engaged. I know he is very busy but he took time with me and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I am in good hands. He deserves much respect and appreciation.

Doctor Wientzen is amazing and compassionate.

Our experiences with Dr. Wientzen have always been positive. He is very sincere about his desire to care for us. We brought up with him that although we received reminders of our appointments for our blood tests they did not include the information whether we were to fast or not. We also checked on the patient portal and it was not listed there. We had to call to find out this information. He assured us he includes that information when he writes the order. I am hoping this is the right place to share this concern to encourage a change. The person who did the blood draw shared she had no control of this. I also feel that we shouldn't have to redo the numerous questions when we have appointments close together-for example, I had a mammogram shortly before my Medicare visit and had to go through it both times. We are very happy with Emplify and know you care about serving your patients.

He was responsible for hospital rounds this week. He apologized for being late, still took time to take care of my needs and questions.

I feel Dr Dan was interested in me and what I needed for my health concerns. He spent the necessary time to listen to me.

Dr. Wientzen was very helpful, informative, and provided the right outcome I needed and told me to contact him in a week to update if my symptoms were relieving or not so he can further my treatment plan.
