There are many parts of the eChart that are easy to use. But sometimes finding the right link to get where I need to is unclear. What I'm saying is that not all parts of the eChart are intuitive.

Dr. Sutton is such a kind and considerate physician. He does a great job of going over all my lab work and giving me recommendations on how to improve my overall health.

I definitely need reminders for my appts, but at the same time, I feel like I'm being harassed by all of the messages. Did I echeck-in? Reminder of appt x2 or 3 times? Are you here yet? Between texts and emails, it's a bit much.

Doctor Sutton is always amenable to answer any questions and concerns that I have.

My chart needs some serious improvements. Dr Sutton was incredible.

My experience with Dr Sutton was great. I trust him and I am very pleased with the care him and his team provide me. Now you ask how I like the new my chart it sucks. Furthermore the way patients have to get their medication and so forth is terrible. Everything was fine until the merger. Then you think everything needs changed. Will no it don't. If it ain't broke why fix it? If I miss some medicine that needs ordered and I don't I guess I will do without because I don't like all the changes. And just a thought for you for older people it is a challenge sometimes to learn new stuff new ways but yet this is never considered when making all these changes. Why? If I keep having problems with getting medication and using my chart I just will forget the whole mess. Nothing was broke should have just left it alone.

Very Thankful for the expertise of the people I encountered.
