While discussing my problem, he looked at my My Chart photo, he asked how long ago the photo was taken then asked me if I dyed my hair. This wasn't medical material and I replied yes. This put a pall over the appt. Unprofessional!!!

Tour system sucks, it is not user friendly. Not everyone is savvy with this kind of stuff. If a person has a problem, no one looks at this for days

Overall it was an educational visit about my continuing care

Dr Heslop asked if I saw the CT scan which I had not. He showed it to me and explained everything on it. I loved that! I did not feel rushed with him at all.

I was there for an unpleasant test but both the nurse and Dr. made me feel comfortable.

It is very frustrating trying to get into la crosse and to be seen in a timely manner. Now we get to wait another week to be seen in la crosse and find out our biopsy results. Truly heartbreaking

I don't like getting test results before my doctor can explain them to me.

Dr. Heslop was professional and explained my medical condition in plain language, which was appreciated. As well as provided me a solution to mitigate my symptoms.

I'm not a Dr person, but this facility is by my standard the best I've ever been to when I've needed the care of life professionalism.

I still ahve concerns about my condition, but have a plan that I might or might not follow up on at this point.

My appointment was at 3pm and did not see Dr until after 4pm. I asked a question of the medical assistant who checked me into my room and she never got back to me with an answer.

They were busy. I was left alone in an exam room prepped for a procedure for 30 minutes and no way to call or communicate. Made me a little anxious.

Dr Heslop ( sp ) was excellent. Made for a relaxed experience, his staff was also excellent.

Waiting over 45 minutes for my appointment was RIDICULOUS! I Understand things come up but this was bad! A little communication would have been great! I took off work to for the most part SIT AND WAIT! Now if im 45 min late woukd I still have my appointment... NO... It shouldn't be allowed to go both ways!

My visit with the dr. Was excellent. The rest of the staff was terrible. 45 minutes late and they didn't care to let me know anything . The lady at the check out was terrible. She should be fired. She wouldn't work for me.

Thoughtful articulate provider. Took time to explain and provide imagery of diagnostic process to date . Our family was uniformly impressed by this doctor

Dr. Heslop was great, he explained everything and answered all our questions. He made us feel at ease.

Dr. Heslop saw me on very short notice for an acute issue I had. He and his team were very helpful and I can't say enough about them! I'm greatfull that they were able to help me.

Dr Heslop explained everything thoroughly. My only wish would be a little more warm.

Dr Heslop was very good at explaining my issues, what the next steps were for my care which was greatly appreciated.

The check-in desk seem always busy, even when there are people waiting in line. The text check-in never responded

The care team were very professional, met my needs reagrding my appointment. They made me very comfortable throughout the visit.

Dr. Heslop did a fantastic job, and kept me informed about the procedure from beginning to end. However, a consultation session was mentioned when I requested a referral for a vasectomy from my primary care physician. However, this step didn't occur between check-in and the procedure itself. I can find things online and if that's how patients are expected to operate, that's fine. In the future, I recommend letting the patient know if they need to perform their own outside reading ahead of time or if this will be treated as a separate phase prior to the surgery.

Urologist Daniel Heslop was excellent and most importantly he had good bedside manners, which at times is hard to find in the health care profession.

We are so fortunate to have this great healthcare facility close to home.

Dr. Heslop is an excellent Doctor and has a calming demeanor. Communicates very well. I consider myself lucky to have him for my care. The supporting staff from CNA's and RN's were awesome too.

He helped me whilst I was taking notes, spelling hard to spell things for me. Just a nice, thoughtful thing he did.

Dr. Heslop was vey professional, took time to address my concerns and addressed them in a means I could understand.

I've been receiving Botox injections for OAB for many years and this was the best experience that I have had with the Urology department at Gundersen. I wish that I remembered the name of the nurse, but she was great. She was able to put a catheter in quickly and painlessly as did the Dr. I didn't experience any pain during the procedure, and this is the first time that I've never had pain both during and after. I'm still amazed at the efficiency and care of these 2 professionals!

Dr. Heslop was fantastic. He made sure I understood what had happened and what is expected. He gave me options for further treatment. I highly recommend him!
