Excellent experience all around. My only issue is that I was asked at the counter when I was leaving if I have insurnace, and then I was called two days later asking the same question, but the person who left the voicemail didn't tell me it was about insurance. They just asked if I would call financial services. I did, only to find out they were asking the same question I answered at the counter and on my online check-in ahead of time, and I've answered this question several times in the past. I would like to stop being asked the same question repeatedly, especially when I have already confirmed the answer in my online check-in. Besides for this, everything else was stellar. Dr. Short is a phenomenal doctor and I feel very safe with him and the rest of the staff.

Dr Short has been working hard in my care. He is extremely patient and answers a multitude of questions. He is one of the most prepared physicians I have ever experienced.

I saw Dr. Short. Although he was very kind,knowledgeable and respectful,i got the feeling that he was rushed. He did not seem very prepared for my visit. He apparently had not looked at my chart at alk before my visit as some of the facts,etc hw asked were documented in my chart had he reviewed it.

I was not very pleased with scheduling. I was at Gundersen/Emplify 2 weeks prior for another visit, so I thought I could have all appointments scheduled that day. I live over an hour from there. I had to take another day off of work to come for just one appointment.

Could clearly understand him. Personable.

I got lost in the digital world for a while because I received an error notice when I tried to access my account. My wife got me in after several days. We had to go into you new system. I don't remember if you sent a message of the change for access. Anyway I finely got access. Were back in business!

Great staff and care. Highly recommend people in this specialty area.

I have been seeing Dr. Short for 3 years now for my speciality care and he has been great to work with and has taken excellent care of me!
