Dr Short is AMAZING. He is patient and deliberate in his explanations. He is a great listener and I wouldn't trade him for the world!

Scheduling did NOT follow up with me to get my next appointment scheduled.

They did a wonderful job of setting all three doctor's visits and that up at one time because I have to have a driver to drive me down there to this. And we could do this in one trip instead of three separate trips. So I thank the doctor for that and he said that he kind of orders those that way where I go to whatever all three I did when I was down there. You can check that out on my scale. Okay, thank you.

The only issue mainly would be that Emplify wants you there 15 min before your scheduled appointment a patient should not have to wait 15 min PAST the appointment schedule, my time is just as important as the Dr's time is important. This really needs to be addressed sometime by someone who actually has the ability to change this for all patients. Again the patients time is just as important as the doctors time is, i had more questions for the dr but being seem late and knowing i needed to be back to work rushed me and my care.

My chart technology needs to be better

Excellant Doctor, Has helped me tremendously. Only draw back is he is always running late, sat in room for 35 minutes waiting, 11 minutes with doctor and left. This has happened a few times now. Maybe he could schedule differently to allow him to be on time.

Excellent experience all around. My only issue is that I was asked at the counter when I was leaving if I have insurnace, and then I was called two days later asking the same question, but the person who left the voicemail didn't tell me it was about insurance. They just asked if I would call financial services. I did, only to find out they were asking the same question I answered at the counter and on my online check-in ahead of time, and I've answered this question several times in the past. I would like to stop being asked the same question repeatedly, especially when I have already confirmed the answer in my online check-in. Besides for this, everything else was stellar. Dr. Short is a phenomenal doctor and I feel very safe with him and the rest of the staff.
