The check in process was a disaster. Employee at check in never checked me in......my appointment was delayed 45 minutes!

It was wonderful. Dr Groshek explained everything in detail regarding my condition. He also informed me of issues I could have and what I should do if they occur. He's an excellent provider. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am pleased with yesterday's visit.

First time meeting with PA Dale and he was very nice and answered all of my questions. He took the time to listen to my concerns.

The visit with Dale Groshek was very positive. He is knowledgeable, confident, thorough, and conveys a caring attitude. I was very impressed and pleased with the visit.

I found through my breast cancer journey everyone was and continues to be very compassionate. From the time I walk into the building I am greeted, to check in and the nurses and providers.

DR. GROSHEK did an outstanding job explaining all the details and necessary changes for additional PT and diet needs required for a better recovery and making sure I understood everything which was required! Forever grateful for his patience and concerns in MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR ME !

Dale is a great care provider and Donna at the check-in is very helpful.

The provider took their time and treated me as a unique person. His attention was focused on me and individualized. He was professional, patient, explained things well, and welcomed any questions. He seemed to care about me and what I had to say. I felt taken care of and felt my case actually does matter to the providers and all the staff in the radiation oncology department.

My problems are with the billing system. It keeps changing every few days from auto pay to cancellation of plan back to auto pay. Have asked for information but no response.

The staff is next level compassionate, which I greatly appreciate.
