It was very easy to make an appointment - actually I got in the same day I called. The Doctor listened to my concerns and gave me a solution to my injury. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Sullivan for years. He is very kind. He did not have great news for me but was very good at explaining neuropathy to my husband and me. I trust him.

You can have one nurse say something about another doctor and they're contradicting each other. They need to get their stuff put together.

Digital overkill. Too many reminders. "Are you here yet?" - more than a half hour before the appointment time, which always has a few minutes wait. "Are you in the building?" Sometimes, when I try to go to the site, I get a blank page after tapping the link, which says "page not found" or "error (and then a number)". This digital stuff is frustrating and dehumanizing. I prefer just saying hello and answering a few questions - Live - to a human! Thank you for reading this...unless you're a bot or AI. ?

The cardiac team, very lacks on getting back to the patient and getting following appointments.

I would not go anywhere else for my foot care.

The digital sign process is a pain in the ass, but Gundersen's process is far better than Mayo's!

Dr. Sullivan was very thorough. He requested 3 x-ray views, which none of the other podiatrists had. These films allowed for a clearer view of my problem and a better way to treat. The nurse who wrapped my foot was very competent.

Excellent doctor and nurse experience. A good doctor who listens, evaluates carefully and educates is hard to find. Dr. Sullivan and his nurse are rare finds.

My visit from beginning to end was very, very good. I think I misdialed. It was hard to find the right numbers at the time that I had to find them. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied.

When giving out exercises for the patient to do either the doctors or the nurse needs to better demonstrate exactly how to do them to be sure the patient is doing them correctly.
