Dr. Courtney Tipton.................First doctor in years that didn't run me through the room like she was late for work. Took time to figure out my issue and explain what we needed to do along with if I don't feel better to contact her. She also showed me on the monitor screen the infection in my sinus area. I'd giver her a 10!!

Dr. Tipton is, without question, one of the most exceptional physicians I have ever had the privilege of being treated by. From the very first appointment, it was clear that she truly cares about her patients as whole people, not just a list of symptoms or a chart in front of her. I came to her with ongoing throat and ear problems that had been affecting my quality of life for quite some time, and after seeing other providers and feeling like I was running out of answers, I honestly didn't know if anything could really help. Dr. Tipton changed that completely. She took the time to truly listen to me - not just to hear the symptoms, but to understand how they were impacting my daily life. She asked thoughtful, detailed questions, allowed me to fully explain what I was experiencing, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. That alone meant more than I can express, especially after feeling unheard for so long. Dr. Tipton represents everything you would hope for in a physician: intelligence, compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help people feel better. I am incredibly grateful for the care she has provided and for the positive impact she has had on my health and quality of life. I am allergic to the numbing agent used for scoping, and had prepared for discomfort. My experience with Dr. Tipton set me at ease and she (and her nurse/assistant) went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and be very transparent with me. I am very pleased to say there was no real discomfort with the procedure, due to Dr. Tipton's attentiveness. I am impressed by how well my appointment went.

Dr. Tipton was personable and confidant in helping me make my Rhino Rocket Balloon taken out with no pain and she discovered no further problems by using scope up nostrils and down throat. All good. And she was so made for helping people. Liked her as she was very pleasant and listened, explained things. Nice.

My staff and my Dr. was awesome and very understanding
