It took 9 phone calls over the course of a week to get an appointment scheduled. The procedure I had would have been more successful had I gotten an appointment scheduled when I first called.

The MA staff did an excellent job getting me settled, taking into account my disability, and prepping me for what might have been an uncomfortable procedure. Dr Tipton was a calming presence as soon as she entered the room. She demonstrated skill and thoroughness. She explained her findings and recommendations clearly and answered all of my questions. She did not make me feel rushed. All in all it was a great experience. Everyone showed interest in me as an individual while maintaining focus on the job at hand. I'd return anytime even though I hope I won't need to!

Took time to figure out my issue and explain what we needed to do along with if I don't feel better to contact her. She also showed me on the monitor screen the infection in my sinus area. I'd giver her a 10!!

I am allergic to the numbing agent used for scoping, and had prepared for discomfort. My experience with Dr. Tipton set me at ease and she (and her nurse/assistant) went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and be very transparent with me. I am very pleased to say there was no real discomfort with the procedure, due to Dr. Tipton's attentiveness. I am impressed by how well my appointment went.
